Black August

I was born

During Black August.

Born of Black

Blood Struggle

And Revolution.

Born in hell heat,

Inhumane Humidity & Honor.

Born during

Black August Midnights.

Wild windless

Flames fly freeing

Soulless Sparks in Starlight.

Burning Black smoke

From Black Bodies.

Black August days

Darken with bold bloody,

Blackened, bitter burnt chards.

So Black it made rainbows

Hide their colors

In Cloudless Shame.

Black Giants.

Defiantly died

Deep down

In Destiny Dirt.

Black Heroes died

In the Daylight.

Resurrected

For Eternity.

Black August

Defied distant

Deluge of Death.

I was born

During a Black

Deferred Dream.

Born to hold

Malicious Memories

Of Murder

Maligned in Malevolence.

I was born

To never die.

To live for

Black August.
